frequently asked questions

Sno-King does not have any kitchen facilities at any of our locations and we do not provide plates, utensils or napkins.

You can pay for additional skaters to your party package, but you cannot go over the maximum capacity in our party rooms. The cost for extra participants is $14.00.

You’re welcome to have additional guests in our facility at no charge if they are not skating; however, you cannot go over the maximum capacity in our party rooms.

Yes, there must be an adult 18 years or older present at all times.

We are happy to provide a full refund more than 30 days in advance of your booking. We will provide a 50% refund for more than 14 days prior to your booking. There will be no refund issued for any cancellations after this point; however, we are happy to reschedule your event to another date. Emergency situations can be decided at the discretion of the rink manager.

Because we have different bookings occurring at different times, we would ask that you arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to your event.

You are welcome to bring your own skates; however, we do not reduce the price of our packages for this or offer credits for bringing your own skates.

You are welcome to bring any food or non-alcoholic drinks you would like for your party. Please be aware that we do not have any kitchen facilities or storage area to keep items before or after your party. Your party package includes one (1) case of water (24 bottles).
